Vintage Neoclassical Italian Marble-Top Pedestal Side Table

A refined vintage Neoclassical Revival pedestal table combining a pale Italian marble top with a warm wood base and understated gilt-tone detailing.

The circular stone top features naturally varied cream, beige, and taupe coloration. The underside is stamped “T.W.C. 101 Made in Italy,” documenting the Italian manufacture of the marble top.

The architectural base consists of four tall, gently curved supports arranged around an open center. Fluted gilt-tone collars accent the upper portion of the supports, while an applied fleur-de-lis ornament provides a subtle classical detail along the apron. A substantial circular plinth anchors the composition.

The combination of natural stone, warm wood, and restrained metallic accents gives the piece a sophisticated Neoclassical character without becoming overly formal.

Its tall, compact proportions make it particularly versatile as a pedestal table, occasional table, plant stand, or display table for sculpture, ceramics, flowers, and other decorative objects.
