A distinctive vintage bamboo side chair with a tall architectural frame, natural tonal variation, and an abundance of organic texture.

Substantial bamboo poles establish the chair’s rectangular profile, while a smaller inset back incorporates a closely spaced arrangement of slender vertical bamboo elements. Parallel bamboo slats form the seat.

Rounded upper corners are finished with wrapped bindings, with additional wrapped details appearing throughout the frame. Multiple bamboo stretchers create a geometric arrangement beneath the seat.

The bamboo ranges naturally from lighter golden tones to deeper brown markings, giving the surface considerably more character than uniformly finished contemporary bamboo furniture.

Versatile enough to serve as a dining chair, desk chair, occasional chair, or standalone accent, it is particularly well suited to interiors combining vintage furniture with natural materials and relaxed styling.
