This vintage Mid-Century Modern hamper turns an everyday household necessity into a genuinely decorative piece of furniture. Its cylindrical body is covered in closely spaced vertical slats, creating a strong linear pattern that follows the rounded form.
The top extends slightly beyond the body and is framed with contrasting dark trim, while horizontal bands at the upper and lower portions add another layer of geometric detail. The result is a simple but distinctive design with the warm, architectural character associated with mid-century furniture.
The original function is concealed laundry storage, making this a particularly useful piece for a bedroom, guest room, dressing area or bathroom.
